What a challenge and journey to get to our new home. Dani Gray accepted the challenge to find a small home with a 3 car garage! She was patient, took us to several locations regardless of destination, provided guidance regarding the area, and found the home during our 3-day visit to the area! She was our advocate throughout the process and extremely responsive to all questions and inquiries. The transaction manager, April Lukens, managed all the paperwork and signatures for the offer, amendments, inspections, work estimates, and coordinating with the title company.Our work estimates came in higher than expected and we thought we would lose the house.
